Which requirements must be met for the Admin Panel to appear in the frontend?

2 answers are correct. Easy

Show answer

Answer

  • C You are logged into the TYPO3 backend in the same browser
  • D The system extension adminpanel (typo3/cms-adminpanel) is installed

Explanation

The Admin Panel is a bar at the bottom of the frontend page and shows, among other things, rendering time, database queries, cache status and TypoScript details – a good starting point when a page is slow. It belongs to the optional system extension adminpanel (Composer package typo3/cms-adminpanel) and is only shown to logged-in backend users; administrators see it by default, other users are granted it via the user TSconfig admPanel.enable. A frontend login is not enough, because the panel requires backend permissions. The application context does not matter; the panel also works in the Production context.
