1 answer is correct. Easy
Show answer
Answer
- A The base URL under which the site is reachable in the frontend, e.g. https://www.example.org/
Explanation
With base you tell TYPO3 which domain and path a site responds to, for example base: 'https://www.example.org/'. TYPO3 uses this value to assign incoming requests to the right site and to build all of its links. Each language can additionally have its own base value, usually a path such as /en/. The root page, on the other hand, is set via rootPageId, not via base – that is the most common mix-up.
